Very few people outside Haryana knew our name. We were fine with that — the food speaks for itself, and eventually it spoke loudly enough.
The Honest Version

Why we exist.

Aliments Global was founded on a conviction that turned out to be obvious once we said it out loud: great food deserves to travel without compromise in quality, safety, or flavour — and we started where we were, with one of the most diverse food traditions on earth right outside our front door.

We didn't reinvent anything. We just got very good at one thing: manufacturing serious food in Sonepat, Haryana, to international standards, and getting it to buyers well beyond our own borders, in a condition they can be proud of. One cuisine opened the door. The world behind it turned out to be considerably larger.

Our ingredients come from verified farmers and trusted regional markets — mostly Indian, with the list growing. No anonymous bulk suppliers. No mystery origins. We can trace everything.

Good food carries centuries of wisdom, wherever it's from. We don't dilute it for export. We protect the flavour, the aroma, the colour. The culture travels with the product.

Sourcing

Vetted farmers, trusted regional markets. Rajasthan for spices, Punjab for grains, Maharashtra for lentils. We know our sources personally — which is not a given in this industry.

Processing

Our Sonepat facility cleans, sorts, grinds, blends or packages — depending on the product. Modern equipment. BRCGS-grade hygiene. No shortcuts taken between these two sentences.

Quality Testing

Every batch is lab-tested before it's cleared for packaging. Moisture, contamination, food-safety parameters. If it doesn't pass, it doesn't ship. Simple policy. We enjoy enforcing it.

Export

APEDA-registered, IEC-licenced. We handle export documentation, market-specific labelling, and freight coordination. You get the product. We get the paperwork. Everyone wins.
